Bearings specially designed for compressors

UBC bearings for compressor application features high precision, interchangeable internal clearance, high rotation accuracy and low noise, which is ideal solution for compressor applications where require high axial and radial positioning accuracy, clearance interchangeability, easy assembly and maintenance.

UBC tapered roller bearing (TRB) and cylindrical roller bearing (CRB) have precisely machined raceways and rolling elements with logarithmic curve, which effectively extend bearing life. The bearing ribs are hard-turned on one time clamping, which effectively ensures the parallelism, thus significantly reduce the noise and heat generation during operation.

Both TRB and CRB are adopted with premium grade rollers, the cages are sand blasted treated, each efforts have been done to achieve best performance.
