UBC implements its own 5-step Quality Control process executed by a team of quality control experts to ensure products are consistently of the highest-grade. From grinding and honing of ball bearing raceways, ring and ball matching, to retainer insertion and packaging, our automated assembly lines are programmed using foremost bearing manufacturing technologies and equipment. All operations are performed according to process sheets to keep processes consistency. UBC engineers compute for the best design, accuracy, tolerance and precision requirement to apply into the Production Plan to best suit the precision requirement of all our bearing applications.
